1. Service Agreement
By using Propulse engine diagnostic services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Propulse at 192 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Liability & Warranty
Propulse provides diagnostic services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific repair outcomes. Customers accept all risks associated with vehicle operation and maintenance decisions.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion
- Accepted methods: Cash, card, bank transfer
- No refunds for completed diagnostic services
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
4. Intellectual Property
Diagnostic reports are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Propulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or reliance on diagnostic findings.
6. Data Protection
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in Malaysian courts.
8. Modifications
Propulse reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued service use implies acceptance of updates.
